General Tips
1) Focus more on reading and listening to content in English that talks about topics that interests you

2) Study stuff that is at your level.
using stuff that is much too difficult, you don't improve much and you kill your long term motivation

3) Use flashcards to review the words you're learning

4) Don't bother about the mistakes you make while writing or speaking.
You are learning, of couse you're going to make mistakes!

Where do you live? If, as I guess, you are in the India area, books on CD should be available. There are many available on line in the USA, so I imagine they are available in most of the world. It's probable that one could obtain a free Bible CD from a church site, and the NEW King James Version is modern English.
Also, buying DVD movies and listening in English can only help.

There is no best BOOK to learn spoken English. The best way to learn spoken English is to practice, practice, practice! Just like with any other skill. Trust me you will NOT learn out of a book. However, there is an excellent computer program called Rosetta Stone that is very intuitive and interactive that CAN help you. Also, you should watch English TV, movies, and TALK to people yourself!
