Hmm, I'm afraid the only possible way to do it THAT way is through personalized classes, which are only given to employees through corporations that hire instructors for that purpose.
You won't find any sites that will teach you how to hack really; because is such an ample subject that derives from several different areas of computer science and programming. Also, no hacker wants to give out their secrets...

You will find some that give you tips and book titles that would help you get started; do a google search, you should come up with some. But that's about as far as you'll go.

Is more of a self-taught skill.

I suggest reading a few books. Hacking Exposed, Steal This Computer Book, Hack Attacks Revealed, Counter Hack Reloaded, Hacking For Dummies,Hacker's Challenge. Here's some advice...Deprecate Java as a language to learn early, Get one of the open-source Unixes and learn to use and run it, Learn to use world wide web and write HTML, C++, and Hexadecimal, and finaly...don't ask such questions. To be a hacker you need motivation and initiative and the ability to educate yourself. I wish the best of luck to you.

Hacking is not illegal...cracking is illegal. People always get the two terms confused with eachother. There are many terms used for cracking. But either way, cracking is illegal...hacking is legal. So, try it and have fun. Knowledge can't kill you.
