well you should probably start off with some training wheels on your bike. i'm not sure if they have adult size training wheels but just look around. if someone asks who you're buying them for, just say "your little sister or cousin"

first just sit on the bike. get a feel for it. know where your brakes are. (when going really fast never use the front brake! you will flip over the handle bars!) you should probably wear a helmet for now until you get the hang of riding.

next thing is to just pedal. at first it will be hard for you to get your balance on the bike but it will come. just keep pedaling until you feel ready to take the training wheels off. you might want to have a friend help you and be there to support you.

find a flat spot, preferably grassy so you wont get hurt if you fall. put your bike a a low gear, if it has gears, so you can get a quick start. put your pedals horizontal to the ground, so that you can push the top one down. swing one leg over your bike, with a firm grip on the handlebars, and stand on the front pedal. This will create forward motion so you can balance on the bike. then just keep the pedals turning and you're riding a bike.

What makes bike riding possible is gyroscopic stability, not balance. so if you're in motion, you should stay on the bike.

there are a number of things you can do.

First off, balance will only be tricky until you go a little faster and build momentum, which helps keep you upright. Practice is the only way for that...

There are adult training wheels on the market, if you don't mind having them.

Lastly, what about an adult tricycle? They are actually pretty neat, don't look stupid, and have a huge basket to put stuff on the back.

on a weekend you can go up to a school close by you or and open field..
since your learning you should start of with a klx110 to get the feel of a dirtbike then move on too a 125 or 150

you should check craiglist.com for ppl who are selling bike in your area for low price cause i kno you dnt wanna buy a expensive bike and break it up GoodLuck
