There is a link btw ADD and learning disability. I'd imagine that a person might also have a speech impairment and learning disability from seizure disorders and ADD because those are neurological conditions. For any individual there can be many other factors though from severity, type of education, other health problems, etc.It's not a bad idea to check out ASHA. There are also many websites for ADD and ADHD.

The link between the theories and behaviour is that the theories of learning are ideas about how we learn the many different types of behaviour we perform.So the theory of say Operant Conditioning says that we learn by the consequences that follow us performing a behaviour i.e. good behaviour is rewarded, bad behaviour is punished.
