Want to do MBA in Distance learning mode. how about Sikkim Manipal University ?

We Answered:

From your question it seems you want to do a MBA degree without much effort.
If your purpose for getting a MBA is to get a better job in industry then you should consider getting a Management degree from a college which has a good image.
Most long distance courses are easy, they try there best not to fail you, so stop worrying about failing. You can easily pass through self study.
There is no difference between MBA and PG diploma in management so do not reject a better college on that criteria , All IIM'S give diplomas only.
What matters most is which college you have passed from, not what course you have done.
Try for long distance courses in IIM's or better known institutes like IMT, Symboisis.

International Law - Differences between Sovereign Immunity and Act of State Doctrine?

We Answered:

"Sovereign immunity" provides that citizens of a country cannot sue its government. Most US states and the federal government have some exceptions to the principle of sovereign immunity. The "Act of State" doctrine is a related concept but it provides that a nation is sovereign within its own borders and any act of state that occurs within its sovereign borders cannot be challeged in the court of another nation. For example, a US citizen could not sue the Mexican government in a United States Court for actions that the Mexican government took against the person in Mexico.
