Europa Universalis 1,2 and 3
Europa Universalis Rome
Crusader Kings and Victoria all use religion with Victoria you can't really convert anyone.

Crusader Kings includes Catholicism, Eastern Orthodox, Judaism, Islam, and Pagan.

For Europa Universalis 3 they have Catholicism, Eastern Orthodox, Protestant, Reformed, Sunni, Shiite, Buddhism, Hindu, Conformism, Shinto, Shamanism, and Animism. You can send missionaries.

Victoria has them but they don't do as much in that game. Europa Universalis Rome you have the religions around during the Roman period.

Seems like religion plays a minor part in the Total War Games.

My child's favorite websites that are educational are: www.pbskids.org, which has educational games for each PBS cartoon. The Between the Lions and Dragon Tales are especially good. www. starfall.com is a wonderful website, and is actuallu used by a lot of elementary schools I've worked in. It teaches phonics and reading skills. You choose the level that is appropriate for the child, all the way from letter recognition to reading at upper levels. My child can use this website for hours and not get bored, and as a former teacher I love the fact that it's the most educationally based website I've found so far.

Whatever your theme is for the day (such as groundhogs since that is coming up) - make enough for each child in the class - put numbers on them and have the children find them. Then challenge them to line up according to their numbers. We do this almost every month with a different character and it's amazing how good they get at it and I love the cooperative play because they are all helping each other to figure out which number comes next. Sometimes it's wrong -but we always have fun and learn!

My daughter used this and still uses it to this day. It has different levels. One level to learn each letter and another level for beginning readers and so on. It makes it fun for them and it is so educational.

Another site that we sometimes use is noggin.com They have games that are somewhat educational but they aren't too hard to play.
