The issue isn't really whether he likes you. Th issue is after all this time, he hasn't acted on it. That speaks to a very important personality trait. He is lazy which speaks to another important trait.

So, whether he likes you or not, the issue is what do you want him in your life for? If the answer is you don't, simply move on and stop spending so much of your time and energy trying to figure out his motivation which would be easy to discover by asking, hey, what is going on here? You spent an hour composing a document with more twists than an Anne Rule novel to end up saying, what is he thinking when in two seconds you could solve that problem by asking him.

My question is: What are your intentions regardless of what he is thinking? That is the question you have to answer to move on with your life and not spend it all surmising about his mixed messages.

I operate on the premise that if you aim low, you will have a better chance of getting what you aim for but then you have to live with the choice. You are sending mixed messages about your feelings for him which seem to be coming from different places ... all at the same time.

wow, it breaks my heart to know that a child feels so helpless with her parents. i couldn't even imagine the pain. if it were my son it would completely break my heart. that child or teen seems to be so involved in the things that she shouldn't have to worry about yet. if this is an actual letter written to her parents she should most definately give it to them. that would be a complete eye opener for me. some people don't realize the hurt that they are putting on their children until it is too late. this one is reaching out and man that letter would certaily make them think and hopefully reevaluate their priorities. i would drop everything for my kid and would never want him to feel that way. if this letter is written by you then i hope you show it to your parents, sometimes the best way to express yourself is through a letter. this took my breath away..good luck

The cause of trouble in Rajasthan is the conflict between the Hindu lower & upper castes. The Hindu Gujjars demand their inclusion in the Scheduled Castes; they are now in Backward Castes. Indian Government gives special treatment to the Hindu Castes & Hindu Tribes. They are called Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward castes. Hinduism has ten thousands of castes. No Hindu can be without caste. In all application forms of Government offices & educational institutions, always the applicant is compulsorily asked the religion and caste.

The Central & all State Governments provided reservations in employment/jobs and educational institutions to members of the Scheduled Castes/Tribes & Backward Castes with lot of other facilities: FREE houses, house sites, agricultural lands, seeds, fertilizers, occupational equipments, dresses & uniforms, books, hostels, monthly expenses, etc. They can avail of it so long as they are Hindus and SCs STs & BCs.

The very important & much necessary condition of remaining SC, ST, OBC is to remain a Hindu in Hinduism. Hinduism is not a religion. It is a culture, custom, tradition, way of Hindus' lives in Hindustan (India). It is claimed as such by all the well known Hindu priests, scholars, intellectuals, books, scripts, the Ruling Political Parties BJP & Shiv Sena, Bajrang Dal, the Indian & International strongest Hindu organisations RSS & VHP, etc.

Hinduism categorised Hindus in 4 varnas and the remaining were untouchables ie worst & dirtiest than dirty animals. The castes born in can never be changed as per Hinduism (Holy Bhagavad Gita), Supreme/High Courts and Central/ State Govts' orders, laws and rules. All those, claim and confirm that Islam & Christianity have no castes. No Hindu can be without a caste.

People of these Hindu Scheduled castes/Tribes & Backward castes are much degraded and lower viewed, humiliated, harassed, victimised & insulted in Hinduism which practises casteism based inequality. The moment they embrace a religion Islam or Christianity, they lose all the Govt. facilities though their financial and social condition will remain same. They have to pay such a big cost to come out of Hinduism; hence mostly prefer to remain in Hinduism for such financial benefits by tolerating all atrocities, cruelty and harassment.

The moment, the Govt. withdraws these facilities/subsidies and reservations, millions and millions of SCs, STs & BCs will atonce jump out of Hinduism and embrace a religion Christianity or Islam. Hence learned intellectual scholar Hindus in power always continue such facilities to SCs, STs & BCs to keep them in Hinduism suffering all sorts of insults, inequalities, inhumanities, humiliations, etc.
