Middle School Lesson Plans

Lewis Said:

Transition from Elementary to Middle School...I'M SCARED!!!?

We Answered:

Don't worry, I was overwhelmed too but I quickly managed to juggle everything. I'm currently leaving middle school. (Going into 9th.) I had to juggle a lot, too. (Getting PERFECT grades, boys, tennis, field hockey, dance lessons, singing lessons, babysitting AllI did was make a plan out in a daily planner as to I was going to do that day. (Wake up 6:00, Get Shower 6:05, Eat Breakfast, Get dressed and do hair and makeup by 6:40. Finish anything left until 7:45 when I get the bus. Go to school. Tennis at 3:19. etc.) Just get a daily planner and keep super organized. It'll all get really easy, but if you ever find that you can't handle it all just drop the thing that is the least important to you.
Also, GET A LOT OF SLEEP! I cannot stress this enough. If you don't get enough sleep you are going to be so cranky and overwhelmed. It will all get really easy and just like an average day soon.
If two things are overlapping with each other, ask whoever is in charge of that thing to tell you what to do. Your parents are also there for help, and so are teachers. You should also really get into the habit of taking schoolwork more serious than extracurriculars. Extracurriculars are important on college essays in the future, but grades are definately more important than the latter.
Good luck! =]
