If are truly worried about it and really don't want to go swimming, if you explain this to your teachers, you should be able to get out of swimming if it is one of those 'short term' sessions that they do. (I.e. Teaching you soccer, basketball, those things.) Also, if you have a co-ed gym class (Like I do), you may or may not be swimming with guys. My school allows co-ed swim days once in a while.

If your worried about your hair, putting it up in a ponytail, or in someway getting it out of the way, makes people less likely to look at it (A high ponytail is also a hair style that works for pretty much anyone). You can also pass this off as just not wanting your hair to get in the way while your swimming.

If you want to cover up more of yourself, see if you can wear a pair of shorts over your swim suit (You'd have to ask your gym teachers though), or buy one that comes with a skirt. There are some which have the skirt built into the suit and some that have a removable one.

I'm not Muslim, but those are just a few ideas that I can think of.
