Ok use your eyeshadow (the one with 12 brown colors) and put the lightest shade (or a white) right under your eyebrow. Put a tan-ish color on your eyelid only. and make sure it doesn't go over the white you used on your eyebrow. Next put on your mascara (only one coat). Use your concealer over any blemishes and put some under your eye to brighten it up. Then just put on your berry colored lip gloss:) And if you want add a little bit of your blush onto the apples of your cheeks. (The apples of your cheeks are when you smile, it's the part that kind of gets bigger, lol it's kinda hard to describe) I would also suggest to check out some makeup tutorials on Youtube. That's where I learned how to apply and use most of my makeup!

I find it funny how so many people say "it's a scam" whenever they hear Acai, Noni, or other current fads that are out there. Yes, there are many scams that use fads as the basis to get money, but that doesn't make the fad itself a scam any more than your local banker is a scammer because there are unscrupulous people who pose as bankers.

To actually answer your question, no, Acai does nothing for acne. Natrol is a very good company so it has nothing to do with that bottle, but Acai is just a good antioxidant... it helps to protect your cells, but it doesn't help directly for skin health. I also haven't seen any documented proof that it helps with weight loss any more than diet and exercise would alone.
As long as you're eating healthy (as opposed to some diets that say to only eat certain foods) and exercising regularly (which it sounds like you are on both counts), you should be good. If you'd like a little extra help, you could always try some Chromium as that has been documented and proven to help boost the metabolism. Good luck and I hope I helped!
