For concert, I really like the SD1 Generals. They're pretty light, compared to the marching sticks I use for practice, but kind of heavy compared to the sticks I used to use. But I really like them for ensembles/concert season.
Vic Firth is my very very favorite brand of sticks, I absolutely love em. They give you a reference point for your grip (thumb on the TH), and they're good quality, and not usually too expensive. Here's a link to their sticks page: http://www.vicfirth.com/products/signatureseries1.php

If you want to look at different sticks, just go up to the top, scroll over products, go down to drumsticks, and there's loads and loads of sticks to look at. But again, I'm suggesting SD1s!

Yeah, baked potatoes are an excellent choice for healthy lunches. Now if you're eating just a potato, or if you're slathering it in melted cheese, salt, and sour cream, that's not so healthy. But topped with some broccoli and maybe some bacon bits, you're well on your way to a healthy lunch!
