I remember when i felt that way too.
If your school was like mine, they have a middle school orientation where they give you a map and you map out your route before school actually starts.

also, there are tons of people who are willing to help so just ask around! don't worry, everyone is just as worried as you are.

also, the first few days of school. chances are teachers won't mind if you are late to the classes so you can take as much time as you need!
