i remember before i came to the usa i used to go to school in muscat in the country of oman. i went to a english based school. they taught us everything they teach us here. about american civil way and revolutionary war in america.. wars in indian.. it was an indian school though i think that was why.

You want to become a doctor? You can't study to become a doctor - you can't go to medical school - for your bachelors degree in the US. In the US, medicine is a post-graduate program only.

So in the US, you first get your bachelors degree in any subject, then apply to med school. While you're getting your bachelors, you do need to complete a certain series of pre-requisite courses that US med schools require, so speak to the pre-med advisor on campus once you get there, if you chose to study in the US.

It is a magnet school- which means that it is supposed to be really great academically. From what I've heard around that area of Wake County is that no one wants to send there kids there. The teachers don't have adequate supplies(like books and paper). I also hear that the school has a huge problem with people getting into fights. But I don't really know I didn't go there, nor did any of my bros &sisters.

that's awesome...i know alot of the service member love getting boxes...on one of my hubby's deployment his company was "adopted" by a church and the really appreciated everything they got...

make a slide show on powerpoint about the middle east. Plenty of terrorist groups out there, countries that hate Israel. Find some cool facts in an encyclopedia, big book with everything in the world in it. Hate and War by the clash might work. Gets pictures of past wars, recent battles. Problems going on with Hamas, Hezbollah, Syria/Lebanon, etc... There you go, get the project done a.s.a.p.
