Grand Rapids is a better area. Jenison Michigan has good schools and so Does Hudsonville Michigan. I live in the Jenison area and I love it here. It's a nice safe town outside of Grand Rapids Michigan does get humid in the summer. that is because we have the great lakes over 11,000 inland lakes and hundreds of rivers. there is more to do on the west side of the state. Lake Michigan has the best beaches and a beautiful shore line. Health care is good if you can afford it. there is alot to do here. The kids can go sledding in the winter. we have ski resorts they can go to and go sledding there and tubing . In the summer most people go to Grand Haven or North Park.. My husband went to Jenison school . It is a wonderful area to live in. you want more info you can e mail me
