maybe you should consider joining the navy. but it has good and bad things about it. they break you down (emotionally) and then build you back up. it could be a problem for you, because you have a crack in your emotional situation. maybe a good suggestion would be to see a psychologist.. it may do some good.

Talk to people about it. I think you need to do that. Communicate with them. Even ask people what they think about the navy and tell them your dilemma. Remember, no one is perfect even though students around you seem to not be struggling as hard. everyone needs a way to vent, and you are only hurting yourself by not venting your emotions to anyone. It causes: a) you to feel worse and worse and b) to not solve anything from suffering through the depression.

Get some help, in a positive sorta way.

The problem is perspective.......you say you don't need "pointless math"...but the fact is............math is important all thru life, as an adult

No, you won't need TRIG and all that crap about Isocles triangles and all that........but you do need basic education to be a reasonable functioning adult.

( I give you the current republican party as a fine example, of people who have abandoned basic education)

If you become a fine aritst....you will need to understand the economics of selling and displaying your art........managing the money wisely from all sales.........running a gallery, and so forth.

and since you still live with mommy.........talking of heading out on your own, is just silly at this point........since rent money does not grow on trees....and you need a job, to support yourself, and there's not really much demand for high school dropouts with attention problems........unless you LIKE flipping burgers 8 hours a day.

After which,.......I can assure you, your soul will be so dead and tired, you will not feel like painting at all............if you had any strength left at all, after working two jobs to pay the rent.

So let's all be reasonable here..........ya have to finish school........ya have to get your grades up........yahoo answers is NOT "research".......*ahem*....that's playing around.......so ya need to get your priorities straight......and do the things you NEED to do, to acheive your goals.

and here's a tip to success..........whining, does not usually help.

ACTION works alot bettter..........so get to it, and crack a book.

And you can't let things pull you down.
Everyone deserves a chance to fly and if your flying solo at least your flying free.
Just fly high and keep defying gravity.
