i had the same problems as you. and all i can do is tell you what i did. i was the most made fun of girl that you had ever seen and the kids in my class had been in my class sense K so there was no escape. but i just got it in my head that it was not going to bug me anymore that i would become hard on the outside i would act like what they say and do didn't bother me and did what ever i wanted i just kept reminding my self that no matter what they couldn't stop that they had no power over me and what i wanted to do and if they got in my way i pointed out there short Cummings like the fact that they had nothing better to do then to pick on me witch meant that they relay must have no life because if they did they would find something better to do then that.
