You have a real problem here. There are very few Japanese here in Laredo, few indeed. I have seen none at my middle school, and really have not noticed any in the last several schools I have been in..I am a teacher (gasp!)
The valedictorian at United was Japanese a few years ago, so there is some hope.

Wait, wait... I just remembered that a number of orientals might attend the first Baptist church.. I think that might be the place to find one. I can't swear it was first Baptist but it might be, check around.
