Don't know what the exact size is, sorry. In less your building your own locker decorations, I don't think you really need it.

Middle school lockers?We Answered:
I would be complaining to the school board. If I were the parent I would get a petition and have all the parents I could get to sign it. Have the petition state the negitive impact of children carrying heavy backpacks all day and that you want all the kids in the school to have lockers. If this is a new school there is no reason they can't put them in. Have al the 7th and 8th grade parents sign it and present it to the board of education or the superindentent of schools.Tracy Said:
how big are the average middle school lockers? We Answered:
They can go from 9-12 inch's wide and most are two feet tall. From front to the back is about 1 and a half feet. You could fit about 4 textbooks and like 3 binders. The rest can only be used well if you have a shelf. Also, I advice getting a small whiteboard for the door of your locker for things you need to remember like important assignments or to remember promises you gave to friends for after school. =D

What Should I make sure to have in my backpack in middle school no lockers there? We Answered:
Everything that you will need for class. Make a full list of what each teacher needs you to bring to class. As far as the first day I would recommend a notebook and something to write withJennie Said:
What are the best items for middle school lockers? We Answered:
Decorate your locker how you want it! Create your own accessories:Well, you can take all the pictures of you and your friends, (Over the summer, at the movies etc.) Stick them all to your locker door and make a collage kinda thing. Having pictures of your friends instead of singers and movie stars reflects on you well because people will know you are devoted to your friends.
You can leave wipe away markers inside your locker, give your friends the combo, and let them write notes for you on a dry erase board.
You can have cute magnets inside (to hold up important papers, pictures of your friends etc.)
Buy a small cute waste basket and put it in the bottom of your locker to make sure it doesn't get too messy.
*Notes*
Lockers look somewhat spacious when you first get them, but remember you need room to put school books, projects, binders, coats and backpacks.
Eventually you have to take all this stuff home, when schools out yet again. Don't make it so full that its all impossible to carry home in one day.
Be careful when giving out your locker combo, make sure you only give it to people you really know, and trust. Make sure that they won't tell your combo to anyone else.
Check www.brainyquote.com for quotes to type up and hang in your locker.
You should also hang up your schedule in your locker, have one in your binder and have one at home. You can never be sure that it won't get lost!
Mailboxes:
Decorate a box extravagantly and hang it inside you locker door so that the notes your friends push through the vents will land in the box. Almost any box will make a terrific mailbox:
-baking soda boxes
-cereal boxes
-fast food french fry containers
-candy boxes
-oatmeal boxes
-green plastic berry baskets
-tissue boxes
Go ahead and jazz the boxes up to fit your theme!
