I don't think there is a rule but every school's rules are different.You can get it pierced and just put a clear nose ring in they are around 10 dollars and it makes it less noticeable but you are quite young I would wait a couple more years I got mine done when I was 16! It hurts.Katherine Said:

If you are going to a public school you can have your nose piercing, depending on how your gym teacher is they are the only ones that may make you take it out for certain activities. And the heals you can wear too. So rock your styles and be fabulous girls. :]
