please correct my grammar misses!!! And point what you can't understand!!!?We Answered:
All Americans have been concentrating on the topic of the Presidential elections. This also includes the people of other countries as well but Americans primarily. In Japan, statistics have shown that the Japanese people wish for Borak Obama to wins the presidential elections since in Japan, it is rare to see black/mixed race people. Thus, I suppose through fascination and of course his potential and morals they support him. His popularity in Japan may also be linked with the fact that their is a city named 'Obama'.Due to my disinterested attitude to politics, I may be seen as some what ignorant, for example, in the government Japan has. However, since it is such an important matter which is encounter almost daily in the media, in newspapers etc, one cannot help but wish to know the outcome of the elections.
From the knowledge I have gained through Obama's official website, he ranks Civil Right high on his agenda. Here is a quote on him with regards to Civil Rights:
'Obama will reverse the politicization that has occurred in the Bush Administration's department of Justice. He will put an end to the ideological litmus tests used to fill positions within the Civil Rights Division.'
In this quote, readers can understand that Obama has an opposite stance on Bush. In addition, another one of Obama's priorities is education. Statistics say that six million middle school and high school students read significant below their grade level. Athird of the high school graduates do not immediately go on to college. Also, statistic sya that 15 years olds rank 28th out of the 40 countries in mathetics and 19 out of 40 countries in science. These statistics are what have affected Obama's decision on putting education on his list of what to improve in America.
sigh lol hope this helps good luck!!

Why are american universities the best in the developed world but american primary schools among the worst? We Answered:
The major problem with the public schools is that they really have no incentive to get better. Children are forced to go to these schools unless their parents have the money to send them elsewhere.College is different. There is strong competition between schools, and there is no legal requirement for students to go to a particular college, or even college at all. So if a college can't compete, they go out of business. Plain and simple.
This is why I believe very strongly in school vouchers. Yes, the NEA (National Education Association) complains that this would take money from the public schools.
Well, so what? If a particular public school is failing to educate our children, why should we be forced to send our children there? Why should we continue to pump taxpayer money into a failing school? Wouldn't it be a better system if that school had an actual incentive to improve?
If the public schools provided a quality education, most students would stay and there wouldn't be the threat of losing money in the first place!
If you were an investor, would you keep pumping money into a failing business? Surely not!
