Science Projects For Middle School Students
Jason Said:
Science Fair Project for a Middle School Student? We Answered:
Alternative energy projects are popular. My daughter made methane from yard waste. Be careful, you can't bring methane and other dangerous stuff to the science fair, but rather you may demonstrate it with photos or video. Check the rules carefully.Remember, try to design an experiment simple enough for the judge to understand. I am not entirely cynical when I say this. I formerly judged junior high science fairs myself. Keep the posters neat and simple. Follow the scientific method. Try to keep data concise. Use controls. Be able to support your conclusions.
Best of luck.
