My friend currently goes to Simmons... and as far as I heard, last year they were VERY staunchy on the financial aid. Perhaps it might be different this year, I'm not sure. I always preferred Suffolk over Simmons anyway.

I wouldn't knock it, if it helps you loose weight/get in shape, go for it. Don't be embarresed if it helps you.

nope. they're just summer programs. they're just there to take your money. that said, if you keep up the good work and maintain a high gpa and test scores, having summer programs under your belt can only help your application. it'll show that you are interested in learning year-round and in learning different things.

not all ivies will allow you to double major. all good schools will be fine choices for preparing for medical school and the mcat. most ivies have med school acceptance rates of ~90% (or very close, like 88%). other top schools have similar numbers.

Your stats are closer in line with BC, Holy Cross, and Tufts and well above what Simmons typically attracts so I think they would be willing to offer you a scholarship to entice you to attend.
