To be honest, the action isn't drawing me in. It's not really one of those just-can't-put-down stories.

The chapters are also really short, and the sentences are choppy. Try combining them.

It's not really necessary to give every single detail. Pace it; put details where you want the moment to slow down, but not where it's not that important to the story.
