Unless you know all the circumstances I wouldn't get involved in other peoples lives. They may have a reason for doing so. If there are other things going on that look like neglect or abuse on the child then you should say something, if not then just leave it alone.

i dont have any pets (inless a little sister counts!) and i am in the orchestra (i play the viola) and i have never heard of springs woods middle school
