Lance Said:
How much money do Catholic high schools typically give to students who get scholarships? We Answered:
ask your financial aid adviser at your college, they should know the answers :)Clayton Said:
chances of getting a scholarship to a catholic school ?We Answered:
The local Catholic schools where I live give solely based on financial need and never give 100%. The aid is usually a VERY small percentage of the actual cost, even for parishioners. The reasons for this is twofold. First, they use a special fund for giving scholarships and aid and the fund can't possibly cover everyone who needs assistance, so they give a little bit to everyone they can (who needs it). Second, they ALL have waiting lists, so if a family isn't able to afford the full amount, they have many others waiting for their place.Melanie Said:
Where can I find scholarships for catholic high school in st. petersburg florida? We Answered:
contact the diosese. Also ask your priest.Amy Said:
is there scholarships or funding for grade school children to go to christian schools or catholic schools? ?We Answered:
I would contact potential schools and see if they have funding available. Many times, private schools have endowments set up for financial aid reasons. There's a good chance that the schools that you're looking at may be able to help you out a bit.Kurt Said:

Catholic High School Scholarship Questions Help?We Answered:
1. I think its important that students who've grown up in a Catholic environment continue their religious education in High School, where they have more grounded views and can better interpret the word of God and understand Jesus' teachings.3. (This depends on you, I'd mention your academic excellence, your faith in God, and say that your morals and values match that of the schools. Stuff like sporting achievements always add bonus points too).
Good luck. Sorry I'm not religious, so if my answer to Q1 is a bit shoddy, that's why. Tell them what they want to hear. Use proper grammar and speak in a charismatic way, use pauses appropriately, be confident and make a clever/funny comment if the opportunity arises.
