Although you may make more money with Computer Engineering, I still see larger prospects for C.S. Computer Science shows the possible theory of complex algorithms and their capabilities, like artificial intelligence. Engineering is full of physics facts, building, design of hardware etc. I like C.S. more, but this is because it is my current major.

Try talking to your school if you are still in school. If not, go to the library and get as many books as you can on scholarships. What I did the get my scholarship was go to the school that I really wanted to go to and talk with the FA advisor.
