There are many deemed universities in India who have started MS course. But since you are in 1st year have some breathing time. American universities are on the process of opening their branches in India. Studying here is preferred than those of the deemed university. IIT and Pilani is the first choice but I think there is no scholarship available. If you have the marks,means try for banks educational loan. Of the banks best to approach is Indian bank and state bank. They are flexible.There are lots of brokers moving in the road who can arrange loans from these banks.

As for scholarships you must get marks above distinction in all the eight semester. Visit scholarshipindia.com to get the names of the organization.You have to correspond with them individually.
