Where can I get scholarships that are reliable and easy to apply for?

We Answered:

education.mypressonline.com - try this site. It has info about different US scholarships for college students and their grades requirements.

Brad Said:

Where can I find LEGITIMATE, easy-to-apply-for scholarships online or otherwise?!?

We Answered:

i'd recommend buying a book like these: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss?url=se…

Or seeing if they have them at your local library. There's a ton of sketchy scholarships online... but with a book from a reliable source you're much more likely to succeed in getting a quality scholarship.

Good luck!!!

Quite honestly, it'll be next-to-impossible for you to find ANY scholarships out there that DON'T require an essay... Depending on what stage of high school you're in - and, how you perform on tests - you can take the NMSQT (although, even that will require an essay at some point).
Have you tried asking a guidance counselor at your high school? Most high schools usually have a list of scholarships compiled for students to look at..,. Try asking one of your teachers.

Also, CollegeBoard.com has a pretty comprehensive list of scholarships available too...

Where can I apply for grants and scholarships?

We Answered:

deadlines for scholarships for the CURRENT fall semester were back in Feb and march. You aren't going to find anything list late in the game... sorry. Think about it as being early for this time NEXT year. Your best source for aid for school is always your schools fin aid office. Most schools have a web page dedicated to scholarships their students can apply for and receive.
