The first place to look is for help to get a masters degree is at the human resources office at your workplace. Some employers do pay a little at least for an employee to further their education and skills. However, I will provide some other places to locate more money to attend college, too.

First, the FAFSA form will tap into the federal .subsidized and unsubsidized student loans. Federal and state college grants do not exist on the graduate school level.

Second, college's financial aid office and website has a list of private scholarships offered from outside organizations and companies.

Third, the public library has a book listing scholarships with some not even listed on the web.

Finally, I recommend joining several free membership scholarship search websites. There are scholarships for a variety of things including ethnicity, clubs, hobbies, and even wearing duct tape to the high school prom. Most are updated on a regular basis. Most offer a customized search based on information entered onto a form on the website.

In the US you need to have money in your bank account. You need to fill out the necessary paperwork to get a student visa I-20 and all that stuff. However, the student visa is not the same as a work permit. As far as scholarships go, there are few for graduate school. You can get a teaching assistantship with a various university. Those usually come with a tuition waiver and a stipend. You would have to check with a specific school for that. Apply for admission and the TA.

It depends on the school and your total eligibility. If you have already played 4 years of college golf, you cant play anymore.

However, there are no D1 schools that will give you scholarships for any sports once you are in graduate school. Maybe there is an obscure one out there, but I think that your time/opportunity has passed for this...
