I stopped when I came up to that point (to verify the emails).

But in Step four, which is way later on....It asks for recommendation letters, so I don't think it matters much.

I am a Hispanic College Fund scholarship recipient - the Hispanic College Fund (HCF) and the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) are two separate national non-profit organizations. HSF's headquarters are in CA and HCF's are in DC. They each have their own separate scholarship programs as well as separate general development programming and tools for students.

Having said so, you can also apply for HCF scholarships. As a matter of fact, check out their website if you haven't already, as they have recently opened their scholarship applications. (www.hispanicfund.org)

Yes you should I myself am a minority who is looking for that opportunity and i know there are many more who are in the same position as well...who wish they had a way to pay for college. Many of them who have great potential.
