I don't know if there are any "women only" scholarships that are state funded. If there are, it would seem that they would violate T. 9.

However...most women are in denial of the truth...the only time they are interested in truth is when it makes them look good, or men look bad.

Women think they successfully shoot this arguement down with things like "Oh yeah, well men rape women!!".
It doesn't...but that's why having a HONEST discussion on gender issues isn't possible with most females.
If your opinion isn't that women have it harder than men in every facet of life, that they are more virtuous, more stoic...stronger of character and honest. If your opinion doesn't give sympathy to women, acknowledge their victim status, build up their accomplishments while trivializing any good done by men...they don't want to talk to you.
You must also turn a blind eye to ALL male suffering, or at least agree that "After thousands of years of oppressing women..." We have it coming to us.
You have to agree that child support payments SHOULD unfairly high, because some men don't pay.
Somehow it makes sense to women that if Joe doesn't pay, Bill should pay very high payments. How does this help Joe's kids???
You must also not refute the scandalous lies feminists pass off as statistics.
You must ignore being dragged through the mud daily by all forms of media, but quickly agree with women when they see the slightest perceived double standard against their gender.

I think the Title 9 regulations are well intended, but often do not work very well with sports. Clearly, they want to give women the same number of opportunities, but often serve to eliminate opportunities for men rather than provide additional opportunities for women.

What do I mean? Wisconsin, in the early 90's before Barry Alzarez made the football team competitive, for budgetary purposes cut a number of sports, including baseball. One of the reasons for cutting more mens sports than womens at that point was a need to help comply with Title 9. How does it benefit women to cut baseball? And many universities have cut other mens sports - wrestling is becoming a scarcity - rather than undertake the expense of adding new women's sports.

And this is why women's soccer is popping up all over the country on college campuses - real cheap sport, not a lot of equipment, and it helps with Title 9. Mens soccer? Forgetaboutit.

And the one factor which I truly disagree with is that they use total number of scholarships, not the number of sports, particularly when schools have football programs which pay for all the women's sports. Think about it, if the football stadium was empty, you could not afford women's soccer, or mens wrestling. Why don't the universities start offering women's football??? And when they don't get enough women who want to play, then exempt football from the scholarship totals and then just count the number of sports.
