First off, you will not be able to cover med school with scholarships, you will need student loans. Med school will be around $140,000-$150,000. The thing is, getting a student loan if in med school isn't a problem, anyone can get one, WHEN and IF you get in. This is because you will be able to pay it off easily when a doctor.

Also, you can't "just really want to go" to med school, it is the most competitive grad school to get into. only 30% of all applicants get accepted. A lot of extremely hard work is involved. Things required include a great gpa in undergrad school, a high score on the MCAT test, hundreds of hours of volunteering, shadowing, clinical exposure... BEING ABLE TO GO TO MED SCHOOL IS NOT AN ISSUE OF MONEY, BUT AN ISSUE OF QUALIFICATION. You need to base your decission on wether you can manage the workload, not if you will have the money for it.

first of all, congratulations, that is absolutely wonderful. see if you can establish residency and then when you apply to schools, you may qualify for scholarships just because they'll want you so bad. there are several schools that are often turned down because they get the same applicants as the very top schools, so they try to convince the applicants to come by offering scholarships. similarly, if you are a URM, you will likely receive a scholarship. it is also possible to see if you can find someone to sponsor you, and you can use this amazing score as one of the ways to convince them to do so.
