Hugh Said:

Hello, I am searching for scholarships for middle school student in USA. Can you help that poor boy ? Thanks?

We Answered:

Yes, go to scholorships.com I think. Just type in the keywords on google or yahoo search. Or, you can search on the website for a specific college you want and call and talk with a academic counselor or enrollment counselor. I am out of high school now but that is what I did and an enrollment counselor led me through the ENTIRE process of filling out forms for Student Aid and everything. Just make sure you in full understanding of what you are getting into. Always ask for Grants, because with student Aid you have to pay it back. They will lead you through whatever you need to do and fill out. Searching early is great because you have time to decide what college you want to go to.

where to get a middle school scholarships?

We Answered:

There are very few merit scholarships available. Lots of kids get straight As, some kids get straight A+s and score in the 99 percentile on the placement tests, but unfortunately, there aren't enough merit scholarships to go around. So you shouldn't feel bad!

What you need to see about is needs-based financial aid through the school. Look on their website under Admissions and then look for Financial Aid. See if your parents can apply. For many schools, you have to send the financial aid application in around the same time as the application and the aid decision is sent with the acceptance letter. However, some schools allow families to apply for financial aid after your receive your acceptance letter.

Good luck!!
