???how do you get a scholarship/grant/financial aid?

We Answered:

Financial Aid: Scholarships and Grants

1. The difference between a scholarship and a grant:
Grant: Grant implies something based on need.
Scholarship: Scholarship usually implies something based on merit or something that is earned or won.

2. How to get them:

For Grants you need to apply through Federal, State and/or Private Agency's
For school fill out FAFSA for eligibility. For other you apply.

For scholarships you also need to apply through clubs, businesses, organizations, and churches... There are many types of scholarships: Academic Scholarships, Need-Based Scholarships, Sports Scholarships, etc.

3. Which one is better:
Both are good because don't have to be repaid

4. For who?
For anyone there are many different types: for being a twin, left-handed, etc. Check out scholarship sites like fastweb. Read the Requirements, Check eligibility, and Never pay to apply for a scholarship because they are scams.

5. When apply:
They have different deadline, so check. Scholarships could be applied for anytime. If you are in high school you should start looking for scholarships before you start college.

We Answered:

Welcome to the real world where life isn't always fair. If it was we would all be eating lobster and driving Lambourginis.
