try fafsa.gov u can 1 apply for financial aid and 2 they can give u links to reputible places for financial aid. BTW u should really think if the college u r going to is worth all that money. Some universities are a fraction of the cost that a private university offers. Being in heavy debt is hard when u want to start ur career.
