you should do both. an MPH looks really good with a clinical degree like an MD or even Dermatology. The MPH as a stand-alone degree isn't as good. If you can only do one or the other, I would say go for Dermatology.Roberta Said:

Hi!Since you are a graduate medical doctor already working for an NGO, why dont you try getting a healthcare mangement degree through an online distance learning course. This degree is going to be one of the most demanded by 2012.
The only thing to keep in mind is that the insititute should be accredited by qualifying accrediting agencies.Aslo an online degree would save a lot of cost on accomodation and other major ongoing costs and you can continue to work and earn at the same time.You could check out more about online distance learning programs realted to healthcare mangement on:
