A career goal is your explanation of how you plan on reaching the height of your career. For example, if you wanted to become a Business Office Manager, then your career goal could be something along these lines...I plan to study vigorously during my initial 4 years of college. After receiving my bachelor's degree, I plan to gain experience by working as a Business Office Assistant at a nursing home, while attending night school to achieve more knowledge of how the financial systems work within the healthcare industry. With the experience and education I gain during my time as a Business Office Assistant, I hope to land a career-oriented position as a Business Office Manager in a healthcare facility.
