Nope, not unless the vet is disabled or died in the line of duty. Most scholarships are based on merit, or something that the prospective STUDENT did, not what someone else did (like serve in the military).You can apply for federal financial aid at http://fafsa.ed.gov and see if you qualify for grants, loans and scholarships.

Do you have a clue? The Webb GI bill guarantees full tuition and expenses to EVERY vet with at LEAST 3 years.McCain's bill only covers those "professional" soldiers and DOES NOT provide any benefits to Reservists, no matter how long they serve OR how many tours of duty they have.
