So do you also believe white men need help getting jobs because they are being discriminated against in the workforce? Just because women could make up 50% of the workforce, doesn't mean they're making much money doing it. That doesn't sound great to me, but I guess it does to you-that's equality? It takes hundreds of years for women to get enough education and employment to try to catch up to men and as soon as there's a chance at parity, we're suppose to work for men to get back on top of the game? if you go to an Aveda school they will train you to do facials, nails and waxing! you don't have to do both. the only thing you wouldn't be able to do at a salon/spa is massage!Donna Said:
