I think that it would most definitely help you in becoming pro. If you play in a major league right now there should be some talent scouts checking out your games. Some are from universities while some could even be checking out people for professional leagues. If you're lucky, maybe you'll get spotted, but either way you'd have a good chance of at least becoming a better player.

Ive got 8 full and partial scholarship offers at various universities and colleges. I havnt decided which one or whether I will take any of them at this stage but I pretty much know how all this stuff works so feel free to ask away and Ill answer it the best I can

CA state schools accept very few international students. UCLA international student population is 1%. I highly suggest looking into the other states. Your chances of getting in to any CA state school is pretty slim.

A scholarship is money that is given to you to pay for you tuition. It does not have to be paid back. Most scholarships require you to keep up a certain GPA while in college and to be a full time student. (at least 12 credit hours per semester)
You can go on any school's web site to see what scholarships they offer, what price they are for, what the requirements are for them and how to apply. Yes you can study in any area with an athletic scholarship.

Try going to a teams youth group or what not. I think you might have a chance, but there is A LOT of competition in the Pro football business
