You have had certain course work to make it into a NCAA program as well.

It's basically a sports recruiting site. How I think it works is, you create your profile to get yourself out there to start networking with schools, etc.

Also, two great scholarship search sites are http://www.findtuition.com and http://www.careersandcolleges.com. You can find information about scholarships, colleges and more.
