Student Exchange Scholarships
Alvin Said:
Can I get Scholarships to be an exchange student? We Answered:
It all depends on certain things. I have been on a few exchanges, however all were with my school. The first trip I paid, but for the next few trips which were much longer study tours, they offered scholarships for me to go overseas.Talk with people who can tell you if scholarships are available, or if there is any fundraising that can be done, as overseas exchanges are very beneficial and very fun and educational. Best experiences of my life :)
Some online sites offer scholarships as well for overseas exchanges, depending on where you want to go. :)

Foreign Exchange student scholarships?We Answered:
Any reputable college will look very favorably on an applicant who has studied abroad. Students with this type of experience tend to have very desirable personal qualities, such as maturity, leadership, ability to adapt to new situations, command of a foreign language, etc. Companies you apply to in the future will look more favorably on you for your multi-lingual, multicultural experience, initiative, etc.Scholarships for foreign exchange students are rare. However, if you go through AFS and similar well established programs for high school juniors/seniors, you will have a family to live with, etc. It is not all that expensive and absolutely worthwhile.

US$100 is like RM300 and UK Pounds 100 is a hefty RM600!!! it's that cheap, you can definitely afford the house rent, buying your groceries and going shopping!! you'll even have change to have a night's out while you're taking a break from assignments! just visit the website! you wont regret it!

Why are there so many questions on Y! Answers about exchange student scholarships? We Answered:
Similar to most of their parents, they are looking for something for nothing. We have grown into a society of people who feel that we deserve to have whatever we want, whether or not, we have the means to acquire it.I am not a big fan of exchanges ... the information age has made us similar in many ways, so there is little to learn by living their that can not be achieved over the internet. Additionally, these "not for profit" companies who charge large sums to facilitate an exchange are a joke.

Exchanges are fun- there are a few scholarships out there, depending on your grades and averages. First thing first though, perfect your English, that was difficult to read!
