For eating disorders, talk about the solid facts about what these things can do to you, mentally, physically, socially AND spiritually. For purity, talk about what it means to be pure. Walk how Jesus did, walk in purity. For saying no in tough situations, talk about the consequences of saying yes, again mentally, pysically, socially and spiritually.
Building strong Christian friendships is important. In times of struggle, you need somebody you can talk to that you trust. If you have no friends, you are isolated from society, in fact, my church has been talking about this sort of thing for the past few weeks.
I'm afraid I don't understand your last question though, but good luck with the lesson.

Objects that contain AIR to be useful and/or function might be 1 way to start, ie, balls, balloons, etc. -(air is unseen but necessary).
Eyes closed...touch palm of person next to you...then,
Ask Question: "What am I doing?" Answer: "You are touching my hand."
Question: "How do you know?" Answer: "I feel it." (without the benefit of sight, we can sense being touched physically). The same God who created the physical laws also created the spiritual laws. We sense His presence and His life-giving force. ("you ask me how I know He lives...He lives within my heart") Also, a good scripture reference would be: "the wind blows where it will and we cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going." - Jesus. He was talking of the Spirit. Also, Hebrews 11:1-Faith is the evidence of things not seen....God bless you in your teaching.

I would start with something so that you can get an idea of the Biblical knowledge. I have done the Bible ABC's. You ask them to name things from the bible starting with each letter of the alphabet then ask them to tell you more about each one. This not only gives you an idea of how much they already know it will also give you ideas in what peeks their interest.

This website offers a PDF book for each book of the bible containing lots of question to make you think about what the bible is saying. I found it a good resource. Also, another great thing to use to help you study is commentary book, this will deepen your understanding of what the text is saying. Plus, the articles from about.com gives great pointers as well.
