With a hospitalitity management job. You learn about hotel, and travel agency management. If you are looking to do more than just manage a travel agency or hotel then I would go for the management in business studies degree. The management in business studies degree is more widely used acrossed several industries and if you are interested in other countries I would suggest a management degree with a focus on international business.

Management is one of the main majors of business study, its undergrad study is designed to prepare students for a future in management and focuses on understanding people at work and how organisations operate. and Management major courses are HRM, leadership, Industrial management, Organization Behaviour, etc.

American studies belongs to culture study, it's quite easier than business study, and you can get a BA if you major in it. personally I think it's just a general major, however, if you're really into it, I suggest you to major in it, then take another major / minor, or major in Management and minor in American Studies.

We Answered:

I don't think that racism is entirely gone in America, but I do think that a highly intelligent, well-qualified immigrant of any race is nearly, if not entirely equal competition for a native-born American citizen.

I think the business world is even less discriminating when it comes to race - as long as the person is innovative and educated (preferably in the US, of course - I think foreign education is certainly discriminated against, and often with good reason), race doesn't matter.

It goes without saying that the person must speak excellent English, however.
