There are some education programs in India as well but in many places its standard is not as good as it should be, so if the standard is not good how can we compare it with USA or Europe and i have read some reports as well about the free education programs in India, in these programs students have to pay a little bit but not full charges.

You need to contact the school in question directly and find out what adult programs they have to offer. Normally, secondary education later in life can be tested out, like the GED program in the USA. Good luck.
