You need to appear either for TOEFL or IELTS. As you did your MBBS so your English should not be a problem area for you. Just refresh grammar by reading some basic book and making exercises. Try to develop a good reading habit by studying as many boring topics as possible. Try to write long essays of at least 2000 words to develop your writing skills. Serious preparation of about 6 months will be enough.

Cambridge has highest ranking in law at undergrad, as you can see with link. However, if you wish to do LLM, Oxford's equivalent the BCL (if coming from common law jurisdiction) or MJUR (if coming from civil law jurisdiction) has better reputation.

Cambridge doesn't use tutorial system of teaching in its LLM, whereas Oxford does: this involves small group teaching, i.e. it could be one on one, up to 4 on one: you would likely have 4 tutorials per subject & do 4 subjects. This can be pretty effective means of teaching if you come prepared for each tutorial. Both have tutorial system at undergrad.

The range of subjects you would expect to do will depend on the course. Their websites will give all the details on that. I believe, undergrad will involve you doing certain core subjects with more choices in your final year.
