Hi ,I'm sorry I don't really have an answer for you, but regarding your post study work visa, I'd like to know during your application if your school belongs to the "recognized body" list? Because I look through there points based system, under the Attributes, you are going to get 20 points if your school is under the recognized body list. Without it, it's impossible to pass and get a post study work visa. So is it really a must for your college to belong under the recognized body list? I hope you could help me with this ,thanx.

No it does not. Although the post study work visa is a Tier 1 visa, only once you have switched into another work category in either Tier 1 or 2 does the residency right begin counting.
