Shirley Said:

i have 1 year student visa for new zealand and 1 year open work permit, can i get P.R. in NZ??

We Answered:

Seeing as this is the AUSTRALIA category I wouldn't have a clue seeing as I am not from New Zealand a whole different country

Dustin Said:

how to study in or working in new zealand?

We Answered:

Ok number one, Not possible to get a job outside your degree skill right now, the economy is too bad and they are saving jobs for New Zealanders.

Number two, study is the best option, you will have to be a full paying student or you may be able to get a scholarship from your own government, the NZ govt doesn't hand them out to anybody, let alone foreigners. You can work part-time if your course of study is for two years or if its in a skills shortage area, the list has shrunk a lot.

Your best chance of getting a scholarship is to do LLM. I know you said you didn't want to, but it would open doors for a possible job in NZ later. I do consulting work in Immigration.

Can someone with a zoology degree work as a veterinary nurse/technician in new zealand?

We Answered:

You most definitely can. But, please apply for jobs prior to travelling. Do not go there and then start your search.

Dawn Said:

If I study law in New Zealand, can I practice in Australia?

We Answered:

since the laws in australia are different from the laws in new zealand, you will have to study in australia before you can practice there.
the laws are different from state to state, so depending where you are the test will be different, to practice in australia you have to get a law degree in australia.
