You are dealing with several problems which need to be addressed separately. First, you need to get your dyslexia and ADD officially recognized so that you can get proper attention. Visit a community college, speak to someone in counseling (you do not have to be a student there) and explain your situation. They can give you resources which will help you get tested, diagnosed, and sent in the proper direction. While you are there, ask about GED classes. Remember that the community college offers financial aid in many circumstances, and they will help you determine if you qualify. They also probably have a "center for students with disabilities" which helps make education more accessible. If, at the end of the day, you decide that you must do your study online, you should beware of any website which asks for money in relation to the GED. GED is always taken in person (never online) and the costs are minimal. There are many online sites which try to suck money out of you before they give you a worthless piece of paper which no college or employer will accept. If you "practice" online, and you can do so without paying anything, that's fine. But always be aware that the real GED test is not "online."

You cannot get a GED online. The GED is only offered in person at registered testing sites. Every site offering the GED online, 'their' GED, or 'their GED alternative' is a scam. They are not offering the real GED, they usually charge much more than the real GED charges (less than $10 in some states), it will not be accepted by colleges or employers, and claiming it's a real GED on your resume is illegal in some states. You'll just have to take a day off from work to take the real GED. Your future is worth it.
