Looking at the choices you have, I would certainly go for MSU-Dubai.
First of all I am a student here(YAY!) and secondly MSU offers the same "American" degree that is offered in USA.
AUS & AUD don't offer "American" degree since they don't have a tie up with any American university but they are affiliated with the American educational system!.
You can even check the New York University-Abu Dhabi!

Qatar has some amazing and highly ranked Western Uni's! But in the end it depends on your majors.
If u live in the U.A.E., come to the MSU-Dubai campus and have a look. The plus point of MSU-Dubai is that the classes are small and the student population is significantly low since it recently started, Whereas, AUS & AUD are huge as they are amongst the first few Uni's that started in the UAE.
In the end, I would just say that it all depends on your majors.
